Nobody has coughed up the money yet.

Good morning crew,

I hope everyone had an enjoyable weekend. Mine was pretty
busy. Old Mason and I had a guy come out and take a look
at the Albatross on Sunday. He seemed pretty interested.
Of course, this is the second guy who has seemed pretty
interested, and nobody has coughed up the money yet. So
we’ll see what happens. I’ll fill you in on the details
later.
